7. Event changes
We may change the event schedule, speakers, session titles, delivery format, platform, venue rooms, workshop allocation, interpretation/subtitling availability, or programme structure where reasonably necessary.

A change to individual speakers, session order, workshop allocation, or programme timing does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by applicable law.
8. Online access and recordings
Some ticket types may include online access, livestream access, AI subtitling, interpretation, or recordings for a limited period.
You must not share access links, login credentials, recordings, downloadable materials, or private event content with others.
Online access may depend on your internet connection, device, browser, email settings, and third-party platforms. We are not responsible for access issues caused by your equipment, connection, firewall, spam filters, or third-party platform outages.
Recordings may not include every session, workshop, speaker, Q&A, private discussion, or networking activity.
9. Workshops and limited-capacity sessions
Some workshops, certification programmes, meals, private dinners, meet-and-greet sessions, or special activities may have limited capacity.

We do not guarantee access to every workshop or limited-capacity activity unless expressly included in your confirmed ticket.
10. Certification programme terms
Certification programmes or intensive trainings may have additional eligibility requirements, attendance requirements, completion criteria, licensing terms, trainer requirements, materials usage rules, and certification conditions.
Payment for a certification-related programme does not guarantee certification unless all applicable requirements are met.
HeartMath-related certifications, trademarks, training materials, licences, methodologies, and programme requirements may be governed by separate terms from HeartMath or authorised certification providers.

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff, and participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.

19. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, loss of opportunity, travel costs, accommodation costs, or personal expenses.
Our total liability for claims related to your ticket, registration, website use, or event participation will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant ticket or service, unless a higher amount is required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
20. Force majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, war, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemic or pandemic restrictions, government action, venue closure, speaker emergency, transport disruption, internet failure, platform outage, power failure, or other force majeure events.
Where reasonably possible, we may offer an alternative date, venue, online format, recording access, credit, or other remedy, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
21. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, registering, or attending the event, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed as described there.
22. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Greece, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
