After collapsing from exhaustion in 2007, Arianna rebuilt her life around a radical idea — that sustainable performance, wellbeing, and success are inseparable.

Arianna Huffington is a Greek-American author, entrepreneur, and one of the world’s most influential voices on sustainable leadership and human performance. In 2005 she co-founded HuffPost, which was acquired by AOL for $315 million in 2011. She has been named to Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People list and Forbes’ Most Powerful Women list.

After collapsing from exhaustion and burnout in 2007 — breaking her cheekbone in the fall — she transformed her life and her mission. In 2016 she founded Thrive Global, a behavior-change technology company dedicated to improving health outcomes and productivity. By 2021, Thrive Global was valued at over $700 million.

She is the author of 15 books, including the international bestsellers Thrive: The Third Metric to Redefining Success and The Sleep Revolution. A graduate of Cambridge University with an M.A. in economics, she was the first foreign-born and third female president of the Cambridge Union.

At the HeartMath European Symposium 3.0, Arianna will share what two decades of research, lived experience, and behavior-change science reveal about leading sustainably in an age of constant pressure.
